I have tested 10a190 on actual hardware and can confirm that there does currently seem to be a degree of incompatibility video card wise. The FX5200 Ultra and Radeon 9600 graphics cards do not have Quartz Extreme graphics acceleration and CoreImage is only done in software. Keep this in mind that while it may work, you will be somewhat limited on what you can and cannot run.
